Macem-macem ekspresi

     Nang akhir taun 2024 ngganu, nyong nggawe materi les online bab werna wernane ekpresi nang rai karakter gambar.

     Ya kiye gambar sing tak maksud, karo papat ekspresi sing werna werna alias macem macem, awale ora tak wei bekgron, tp eman eman banget nek gambar kiye ora tak posting (tak publikasikna) ben tak cetak nang produke nyong Totenag Sayang Ibu by. Fahmi DNR Doodle Gallery.

     Nah mulane bekgron nang gambar kiye penting nggo pemanise, dadi bekgrone ana pirang pirang jamur abang karo wit witan ijo, nah keloro elemen mau kuwe nggawe ramene gambar kiye, werna werna kaya rasa sekang ekpresi sing macem macem kae mau, ya sedih, seneng, gela ngasih bungahe pol..

     Sekang karya kiye nyong nyelipna pesen nek siki nyong dari Ibu akeh pisan perasaan sing teka pas karo anake nyong, ya kaya papat ekspresi mau, tapi kabeh kuwe disyukuri dadi endah pisan, teyeng dadi crita antarane nyong karo anake nyong ya teyeng juga dadi inspirasi berkarya..

Berbagai Ekspresi

     Pada tahun 2024 akhir, aku memberikan materi les online mengenai berbagai ekspresi pada gambar karakter wajah.

     Ya, ini dia gambar yang aku maksud, dengan 4 ekspresi berbeda beda.. sebelumya tidak aku berikan background, namun sayang sekali jika gambar ini tak ikut ter publish dan dijadikan salah satu gambar yang dicetak pada "Totebag Sayang Ibu" salah satu produk unggulan dari Fahmi DNR Doodle Gallery.

     Maka dari itu background sangat berpengaruh pada estetika karya Berbagi Ekspresi ini, ada beberapa jamur merah di dalamnya membuat semarak warnanya, terdapat tumbuhan hijau pula.. kedua elemen tersebut mewakili ramainya beberapa ekspresi pada objek utama (keempat wajah dengan ekspresi marah, sedih, gembira tertawa dan senang atau bahagia tersenyum simpul)..

     Dari gambar ini aku menyelipkan sebuah pesan bahwa : kini aku sebagai seorang Ibu, banyak sekali perasaan yang muncul saat bersama anakku, seperti ke 4 ekspresi tadi, namun semua itu indah sekali.. bisa menjadi cerita diantara kami berdua dan menjadi sebuah inpirasi karya ini pastinya..

Various Expressions

     Towards the end of 2024, I was busy with various art projects and online lesson materials. One of the topics I taught was facial expressions in character drawing. I wanted my students to understand that a face is not just a collection of lines and shapes but a reflection of the emotions we experience every day.

     As an example in class, I created a simple illustration featuring four faces with different expressions: anger, sadness, joyful laughter, and a gentle, happy smile. Initially, the drawing was just a sketch without a background. However, after looking at it repeatedly, I felt that something was missing. This drawing carried a deeper meaning beyond just being an example for my lesson.

     So, I started adding a background. A few small red mushrooms with white spots appeared around the characters, bringing a lively and cheerful touch. I also added green plants scattered throughout, creating a harmonious blend of colors. I wanted these elements to represent the vibrant emotions present in a mother’s life.. emotions that are not only complex but also beautiful.

     As a mother, I often experience a wide range of emotions when I am with my child. Sometimes, I feel frustrated when they are difficult to handle, sad when I see them unwell or upset, happy when they laugh, and at other times, I simply smile, cherishing the little precious moments. All these emotions intertwine, complementing one another, and become part of our journey together.

     The more I looked at this illustration, the more I felt that it deserved to be published.. not just as a piece of art but also as part of my signature product, "Totebag Sayang Ibu." This tote bag is not just an ordinary bag, it carries a message about the dynamic emotions of a mother, something that many people can surely relate to.

     When the artwork was finally printed on the tote bag, I felt proud. This was not just the result of a simple idea but also a reflection of my emotional journey as both a mother and an artist. Now, everyone who owns the "Totebag Sayang Ibu" is not just carrying a bag.. they are carrying a story of expressions, emotions, and a mother’s love for her child.
